By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, purchasing a product, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

CreateMyReceipt generally does not independently investigate, authenticate, certify, validate, or guarantee information entered by users.
The fact that information appears in a receipt created through CreateMyReceipt does not mean that CreateMyReceipt has independently verified that information.
Unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise, CreateMyReceipt does not independently verify:
A receipt or record created through the Service reflects information supplied, selected, uploaded, or confirmed by the user.
Users are responsible for reviewing their content before downloading, printing, sharing, submitting, or otherwise using it.
CreateMyReceipt does not automatically characterize every ordinary user-created receipt as:

Where specialized features separately identify a document type, source, uploaded original, replacement status, merchant workflow, or other record origin, additional information or labels may apply.
Those specialized features do not change the general nature of CreateMyReceipt as software that allows users to create and organize receipt information.
CreateMyReceipt may be used for lawful purposes including, where appropriate:

You may not use CreateMyReceipt for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

Private customer receipt content will not be used as public advertising or a public template merely because it was created or uploaded through the Service unless the user separately grants permission or its use is otherwise lawfully authorized.
CreateMyReceipt may allow users to include business names, merchant names, logos, trademarks, and other branding.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to use those materials.
The presence of a merchant name, logo, trademark, or other branding on a receipt created through CreateMyReceipt does not mean that CreateMyReceipt is affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of that merchant or brand.
CreateMyReceipt may provide free previews containing promotional watermarking, preview protection, lower-resolution rendering, or other restrictions.
Certain paid products may include a clean receipt output.
Where a purchase expressly includes a clean receipt, the authorized paid output will not contain a CreateMyReceipt promotional watermark or forced CreateMyReceipt advertising.
A clean paid output does not mean CreateMyReceipt has:
Purchasing one paid product does not automatically unlock every other premium feature.
The features included with each purchase are those displayed for that product at the time of purchase.
CMR Vault may allow authenticated users to save, organize, search, edit, and manage receipt records.
Features may include organization by:
Users should maintain independent copies of records that are important to them.
CMR Vault is not intended to serve as a user's only legally required archive, backup system, tax-record retention system, or accounting system.
Storage limits, retention periods, and available features may depend on the user's plan or the current configuration of the Service.
CreateMyReceipt may convert information entered or confirmed by users into structured records.
These tools may include:
Structured expense data reflects information entered or confirmed by the user.
It is not independent verification that an underlying transaction occurred.
CreateMyReceipt may introduce additional functionality including:
References to planned functionality do not guarantee that any particular feature will be released or made available by a particular date.
Automated systems can make mistakes.
Where automated, AI-assisted, OCR, extraction, translation, or categorization tools are available, users remain responsible for reviewing information before relying upon or using it.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact CreateMyReceipt using the support information provided on the Service.
If you use CreateMyReceipt on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity.
CreateMyReceipt may offer:
Prices, features, limitations, renewal terms, and duration are displayed before purchase.
The specific terms presented at checkout govern the applicable purchased product.
Products identified as one-time purchases are charged once.
They do not automatically renew unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise.
Where offered, the CreateMyReceipt 7-Day Unlimited Pass is a:
ONE-TIME, NON-RENEWING PURCHASE.
It provides access to the eligible features shown at checkout for seven days beginning when the pass is activated.
The 7-Day Unlimited Pass:
Reasonable-use, technical, security, and abuse-prevention limitations may apply.
Where offered, CreateMyReceipt Unlimited is a recurring subscription.
Unless otherwise disclosed at checkout:
Cancellation generally prevents future renewals and does not retroactively reverse a completed billing period unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
By purchasing a paid product, you authorize the charges displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes where required.
Payment processors operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Where payment-card information is entered directly into a payment processor's system, CreateMyReceipt does not need to receive or store the complete payment-card number.
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, delivered digital products and activated premium access are generally non-refundable.
CreateMyReceipt may provide refunds at its discretion for circumstances including:
If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, access or entitlements associated with that payment may be revoked.
Refunding a purchase cannot retrieve, erase, or disable a file that has already been downloaded to a user's own device.

Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions unless CreateMyReceipt expressly provides otherwise.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CREATEMYRECEIPT AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSSES RELATED TO:

(A) THE AMOUNT THE USER PAID TO CREATEMYRECEIPT DURING THE THREE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT PERMIT CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME PORTIONS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CreateMyReceipt is not responsible for a user's unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, unauthorized, or otherwise prohibited use of documents, reports, records, or other information created through the Service.
Users remain responsible for their own actions, representations, submissions, and User Content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreateMyReceipt and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from or relating to:
This obligation does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
CreateMyReceipt will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

If you are below the age at which you may legally enter into a binding agreement where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Use of CreateMyReceipt is also governed by the CreateMyReceipt Privacy Policy.
Receipt information and expense data may reveal personal spending activity, business information, merchant information, or other potentially sensitive information.
Users should review the Privacy Policy before using account, CMR Vault, upload, or cloud-storage functionality.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable non-waivable law requires otherwise.
Before initiating legal proceedings relating to the Service, you and CreateMyReceipt agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
Users may contact CreateMyReceipt using the legal or support contact information provided on the Service.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally and is permitted to proceed in court, state or federal courts located in Florida may exercise jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Do not add a mandatory arbitration agreement or class-action waiver unless separately authorized and legally reviewed.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
CreateMyReceipt's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
Users may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written permission from CreateMyReceipt.
CreateMyReceipt may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale, transfer of the Service, or other lawful business transaction.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and any specific purchase or subscription terms presented at checkout constitute the agreement governing use of the Service.
